The November 8 Meeting was full
of exciting activities. We inducted our 2 newest members. We had a presentation by the Nansemond River Preservation Alliance. We recognized Educational Excellence for the 2010-2011 year (1 July 2010 - 30 June 2011). SEO Frank Brown is shown in the pictures accepting the awards but Kudos and much thanks to Immediate Past SEO P/C Lilly Stone, JN, for all she did to start the year off right. Makes us PROUD to be a member of NRPS!! |

| Presented to the squadron which has shown the greatest percentage increase in completion of Advanced Grades and Elective Courses over the previous year. | We had 25 members of the squadron complete Seamanship, Piloting, Advanced Piloting or other Elective classes. |

| P/C Art Aikin, N and Bob Wallace, JN were recognized for achieving the USPS Educational Proficiency Award, presented to members who achieve at least Seamanship, Piloting and Advanced Piloting and a minimum of 3 elective classes. | |
